Emicool District Cooling Plant is situated on Palm Deira Islands and is being constructed mainly to cater to the Night Market and for future hotels and commercial buildings which are being constructed in that area. 

The project consists of four centrifugal chillers sharing a capacity of 12,000 TR (each 3,000 TR) and a 5,000 TR TES Tank taking the total capacity up to 17,000 TR. The project has been designed to accommodate an additional 3,000 TR for future requirements.
